Pain Pain Go Away

Hello Beauties,

So, the past few days has been a real Pain....I think my flare could be due to I had late night studying for an exam and it has been a downward hill since then. I used all my techniques and the only one that worked was elevating my legs and not moving for awhile.

It was a Netflix and Rest day and evening for Sure.

Then a migraine came and boy oh boy pain on top of pain....

Today feeling somewhat better.

How have you beauties been and share your techniques to relieve pain?

Volume 3 Poetry Book Update....

Hello my Beauties,


So, I've been thinking about how we as chronically ill beauties provide inspiring words and try to support each other as much as possible with motivation and anything else we think will help each other though the rough patches.

I believe that sometimes we're suppose to give more if we can. I believe that's why I write so, whenever the hard times occur one can lay in bed or in the favorite spot and re-read my words but, I also try to hold events to show how I believe and feel we deserve all the happiness in the world for our day to day can be a gamble.

This is a main reason why I'm conducting the poetry contest and putting together a Spa Day for the chronically ill beauties in my area.

Remember that if you can to spread love, light, peacefulness, happiness, motivation, and inspiration in many ways that your heart leads you. Always Remember You're Never Alone.
